Continuing professional development, better known as CPD, is by definition a process of tracking and documenting the skills, knowledge and experience that you gain both formally and informally as you work.
In a recent interview, Kyla Lee, an ACT pharmacist said ‘creating a CPD plan is really beneficial for ensuring my CPD is directed at areas I’m passionate about, or the things I’m not as confident in.
Ultimately through application of these skills, CPD points aim to achieve lifelong learning and forward progression as a profession.
